Can ATV’s be pressure washed?
It is extremely important to wash your atv by hand for the first 35 days. To offer maximum durability, the clear coat must fully cure during this time. After 35 days you may wash your atv with a pressure washer or other methods.
How long does the process take?
Lead time is about 4 weeks. Lead time may increase if custom graphic inlays are needed and/or multiple parts are customized. Every effort is made to have your parts returned on time or early.
Will the film or paint fade?
UV protection is maximized by coating each item with the highest grade clear coats on the market.
What if my plastic is scratched up?
All surface scratches will be removed before we begin our process. Deep gouges cannot be taken out but they cover well once the print is laid over the surface.
Payment Options?
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders and all major credit cards
How should the parts be shipped?
All parts must be fully disassembled upon arrival. Only ship the parts that are to be processed. No exceptions.
Shipping Methods?
Contact us to schedule shipping on your large parts such as atv bodies and motorcycles. Firearms and small parts may be shipped fed-ex or ups.
Care instructions?
All parts will have care instructions with them when they are returned to you.
What needs to be shipped with the parts?
All parts must be shipped with a completed and signed work order form. No work will be performed without a signature. Refer to order form for a printable version of the work order form.
How to order a custom color?
If you would like a color we do not keep in house, please call with the following information for a price quote. You can obtain the following information at a local automotive paint shop where you will be able to browse hundreds of color options. Price will vary from color to color.
Color Name .Make/Model/year of vehicle. Color code.
What are royalty fees?
Some of the name brand camo companies have placed a royalty on their patterns. For us to print these patterns we must pay a fee to that company per square meter of film used. These fees will be passed along to you, and will vary depending on the size of parts to be processed.
